A 73 year old Novato resident moved out of state to be near her family. One of her 2 condominiums needed upgrading for rental and the other was to be prepared for sale. One tenant had hoarded household contents that had to be cleared. Both condos needed repairs, carpet and paint. In close contact with the owner, Margo took care of the process from beginning to end. One condo was sold for more than the asking price and the other condo is occupied with a quality tenant.

An aged and disabled Mill Valley resident was hospitalized in another state and his property had to be cleared of hoarded construction materials as well as items inside the home. Metals, combustibles, recyclables and family memorabilia were all distributed with care. The property was prepared for rent.

The relatives of an 87 year old Petaluma resident found it necessary to locate safer housing for their aunt and needed her house cleared of a lifetime of contents. Items were sorted for family, the local historical society, antiques and other valuables. Estimates for repairs, roofing, a kitchen remodel, paint and carpet were obtained. All work was completed resulting in a safe and attractive home.
